Manufacturer warranty is 2-7 years on electrical products.

Aluminum gates and fences are LIFETIME warranty on structural integrity.

My personal labor warranty is 1 year if I do your installation.

Free bids for installation of fencing or Automatic Gates.

Service calls are $85 per hour to troubleshoot and repair automated gates.

Standard labor rate is $60 per hour.

Gate operator and keypad installations should be completed by a qualified installer only. Estate Gate, Inc. assumes no liability if product is purchased from us and then installed incorrectly. Please see owners / installation manual for further details.
